Critical Incident Debriefing for your Employees (Crisis Management)

We provide a range of on-site Critical Incident (Crisis Management) services to support individuals and groups of employees.

Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) (also referred to as Crisis Management) is a facilitated group session for employees who have experienced a shocking incident such as:

  • a death of a colleague
  • relocation notice
  • redundancy notice

We will help your employees process and deal with the emotional and psychological impact of the adverse event and support them in returning to work faster.

Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) is widely used in many organisations to support the well-being of their workforce, including healthcare, government, financial and retail sectors, as well as emergency services.

We can be deployed to any UK location within 24 to 48 hours for on-site employee defusing and stress management.

What will a Critical Incident Debriefing session cost?

The initial telephone conversation is free and you have no obligation to book a Critical Incident Debriefing appointment.

Each debriefing group session lasts for up to three hours and costs £450 per counsellor (excluding travelling expenses). Day rates for multiple counsellors can be negotiated.

Our availability

We fit around your organisation / employees needs and offer daytime, evening and weekend debriefing sessions. We will travel anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Extra employee support

We offer support by telephone and Skype video conferencing for employees who live or work outside your organisations immediate area.


Any briefing sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged for as we will be unable to offer our services to another organisation.
